After working for 2 companies in Ireland for 12 years It was in my blood to work for myself again. I am now based in LodzPoland managing various companies Developing, Renting, selling Sites, commercial & Residential Properties. I have owned and operated my own businesses for 6 years. I have been where you now are. I have felt the fears and resolved them. I have had the doubts and concerns and found the way forward. And I want to share my success and passion for franchising with you. I sincerely believe that, based upon my personal experience, owning a franchise is the best way to go for a business owner.
What is my Experience?
I started my career at H.A.O'Neil Ltd, part of the Jones Engineering Group which are the 2nd largest mechanical & Electrical contractor in Ireland as a Cad technican working my way up to Contracts Manager, since the beginning I was responsible for large projects and developments. The position was very demanding and gave me the necessary experience to tackle forthcoming difficulties during the different stages of building projects. I then joined Winthrop Engineering as a Regional Manager .That was a valuable 12 years which made me think about my own business.
I have started my own real-estate company based in Ireland 6 years ago. I had plenty of clients that searched for and bought properties in Poland, that is why I have moved my company to Poland and started a few developments there. I am also registered for forex trading which enables me to get fantastic currency exchange rates for my clients. I currently have 9 full time & 3 part time staff.
After a while the office was running smoothly but I wanted another change, that is why I started to cooperate with UK sun foreign property masters - Atlas International and established the Polish main agency. I now have 2 years of experience within a franchise system therefore I know the main advantages that this business brings and how it can work towards mutual success. I have already appointed 7 Sub Agents & will be increasing that this year.
Now I am looking forward to help individuals to start their own business and develop their career accordingly to their personal desires and requirements.
